Amy in a Moment of Peace

The pace of a wedding day is really quite surreal. There is so much going and so many details to attend to that these moments of quiet are so very powerful. Others in the room were attending to the details and Amy caught a glimpse of herself in the mirror and saw herself in her veil. For that one moment everything in the world stopped for her and it took her breath away.

I really love what I do. Being a part of these moments and saving them to share for generations is such a high calling for me as a photographer.

    Sunset Silhouette

Florida is such an amazing place to live. The sense of light and depth that comes from being here is unparalleled. I love being able to bring a couple to an amazing location and step back to allow moments to happen in the environment I found for them.

This is another photo painting I have been working on recently. The expressive options of painting within a photograph are marvelous. I am definitely going to continue exploring this with some of my other clients.

    Jordon's Senior Portraits

Senior portraits are such an amazing experience. It is a time when anything is possible, opportunities far outweigh the barriers and the joy of youth and the possibilities of adulthood collide. I love making these portraits for students. It is a piece of their history worth holding on to and cherishing. Because of that, I photograph seniors very differently. A senior session last most of a day with studio time at home with several changes of clothes and time on location in places that are important to the student. It makes for beautiful images and lasting memories.

    Thanks Jordyn!
